Higher Education Access Certificate in Biology and Chemistry

Higher Education Access Certificate (HEAC) is the fourth Higher Education access route to provide permission opportunity for candidates who sat for UACE but lacked appropriate qualifications based on current National Admission Requirements for Higher Education, as well as those with Foreign qualifications who are not worthy of Admission to programs at Higher institutions of learning in the Ugandan Education system. The program lasts two semesters (one year) and focuses on preparing Candidates in particular fields that provide specific and Generic Academic Abilities needed to succeed in Educational institutions and desired programs.
