Bachelor of Education Primary

In general, the BEP program makes scarce specialized expertise and resources available to a large number of Elementary school teachers and administrators who would not otherwise have the opportunity for additional training. Because it adds experienced and highly skilled instructors and administrators to the numbers produced by pre-service programs and other in-service training at the same level of qualification, the scheme has a multiplier effect. The training also enables school Educators and leaders to put their newly acquired innovative and specialized skills to use in their otherwise difficult jobs. BEP courses, for example, prepare school Senior citizen Educators and administrators for essential reforms that are in line with current global trends and challenges, which are extremely dynamic.
