Agribusiness Management

This course introduces learners to the basic concepts in agribusiness management such as the role and organization of agribusiness in today’s changing world, its different components, challenges and relationships with other disciplines, financial management and budgetary control, decision-making process, strategic business management, operations and human resource management, it covers various management aspects of agricultural business entities, emerging trends in production and various changes in the agricultural business enterprises.
