Special Research Project

Final year students will undertake a special research project in fields of their choice.  The project will begin in Semester one (of the final year) and be examined in Semester two of the same year. This course will expose the students to research fundamentals by giving them first-hand exposure to data gathering and analysis.
Course Objectives

• To expose the learners to the principles of project design and implementation
• To equip students with analytical ability and data reporting
• Identify researchable topic
• Implement the approved project proposals
• Conduct the research and produce an acceptable scientific report
• Organize and disseminate research findings in seminars

• At the end of the course, learners should be able to:
• Undertake a research project and conduct it to completion
