Higher Education Access Certificate in Physics and Mathematics

In order to give candidates who took the UACE Assessment but did not meet the current National acceptance prerequisites for higher education or those with foreign qualifications who do not deserve Admission to programs at higher institutions of learning in Uganda's Education system, the Higher Education Access Certificate (HEAC) is the fourth Higher Education access route. This year-long program, which consists of two semesters, prepares students in particular subjects to gain both Generic and Specialized Academic skills necessary to succeed in the desired programs at a Higher Education Institution.
