Higher Education Access Certificate in Mathematics and Chemistry

The fourth Higher Education access route is the Higher Education Access Certificate (HEAC), which offers Admission to candidates who attended the UACE yet failed to satisfy the current National requirements for Higher Education or who have Foreign qualifications nevertheless are not approved for Enrollment to programs at Higher learning Institutions in Uganda. The program, which lasts for two semesters or a year, focuses on preparing Candidates in particular subjects that give them both Broad and Specialized Academic skills to succeed in the wished for programs in Higher Education.
