Higher Education Access Certificate in English Language and Literature In English

The Fourth Higher Education Access Route is the Higher Education Access Certificate (HEAC), which offers Admission to candidates who completed the UACE but are unable to satisfy the current National requirements for Higher Education or who have Foreign qualifications but do not qualify for Admission to schemes at Higher Education Institutions in Uganda. The program, typically lasts Two semesters or a year, focuses on equipping candidates in particular subjects that give them both Fundamental and specialized Academic skills to succeed in the preferred programs in Higher learning.
