Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Water Resource Management

This program relies on the Faculty's role in fostering sustainable development through the responsible use of natural resources and the environment. It builds on the experiences obtained through implementing the existing Undergraduate Program, which addresses the fundamentals of Natural Resource Economics in depth. The program's uniqueness reinforces Busitema University and the Faculty of Natural Resources and environment's position as an innovator in fishery and water resource management. In response to inadequate resources to support the fisheries subsector, the program is building capacity in the sub-discipline of Fisheries and the Management of water resources.
